Choosing the Correct Statistical Test

Any analysis should begin with knowing how you’ll ultimately want to examine your data.

This is, of course, a product of formulating good research questions and hypotheses. I decided to address this topic first, however, since it is the Achilles Heel of the vast majority of students and even experienced researchers.
